If you need to reschedule, just let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Your retainer isn’t refundable, but it can be applied toward a new session within 90 days, pending availability.

If notice is given less than 48 hours before your session, all payments (retainer and balance) are non-refundable and will be forfeited.

If you arrive late, we’ll still make the most of your remaining time, but please note that session times can’t be extended or refunded.

We do our best to stay flexible and accommodating, but these policies help us keep the studio running smoothly for everyone.

We can recommend great artists who specialize in camera-ready looks. You’ll book and pay them directly.

If you’d like to bring your own artist, that’s totally fine — just let us know ahead of time so we can confirm studio access and timing.

We reserve one hour for hair and makeup, and there’s a $120 studio time fee for that hour.
That said, if our schedule allows, we’ll overlap your prep with another session to avoid or reduce that fee — we’ll always try to save you the extra cost when we can.

If your artist needs more than the allotted hour, please let us know in advance. Otherwise, extra prep time will count toward your session.

Yes, we offer weekend sessions at both our NYC and LA studios. These slots fill up quickly, so book early.

Choose clothes that fit your profession or character type and look great in the mirror. Earth tones and pastels typically photograph beautifully, but if you love something specific, bring it - we'll test how it translates on camera.

Yes, but let's talk about it first. While outdoor shots can be great, we often achieve similar (or better) results in our controlled studio environment - minus the hassles of weather, crowds, and unpredictable lighting.

We don't set a limit on the number of photos taken during your session. Our goal is to capture 3-5 standout images per look that make you think, "Yes, I love it and would use it!" You'll receive all the high-resolution photos from your session, free of watermarks. The exact number of photos varies, but on average, a 30-minute shoot yields 50-100 images, a 1-hour session results in 120-200 images, and a 2-hour session provides 200-300 images.

• Selection Gallery Your full gallery of images will be ready within 3-5 business days. Browse, compare, and select your favorites for retouching. Create different favorites lists to help you choose. Share with agents, managers, or team members for feedback.

• After Retouching Your retouched images will be ready 2-3 days after selection. Access your final photos in your online gallery. Download high-resolution files instantly. No watermarks - just clean, professional images ready to use.
