Studio Agreement: Turi Productions LLC

1. Booking & Payment

  • Reservation Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your session date and time. Studio dates and times are not held or guaranteed until this deposit is received.

  • Balance Due: The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your scheduled session. No photography, studio entry, or production will take place until the full balance has cleared.

  • Rescheduling Credit: Rescheduled sessions must occur within 90 days of the original booking date and are subject to calendar and studio availability.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • More than 72 hours’ notice: Your deposit is non-refundable but may be applied toward a rescheduled session within 90 days of the original booking date.

  • Less than 72 hours’ notice: All payments are non-refundable and completely forfeited. Because Turi Productions coordinates dedicated facility blocks and commits professional staff availability exclusively for your scheduled time, exceptions cannot be made for short-notice cancellations or modifications.

  • Lateness: Your session begins strictly at the scheduled time. Arriving late will reduce your active shooting time accordingly. Sessions will not run over into subsequent client time blocks.

  • Force Majeure: In the event of severe weather, sudden building closures, unexpected illness, or government restrictions, the session will be rescheduled at no financial penalty to either party.

3. Creative Process & Workflow

  • Artistic Direction: Turi Productions provides active coaching, pacing, and direction during each session. Final delivered images represent the artistic discretion and premium professional standards of Turi Productions.

  • Post-Production: We utilize industry-standard tools and modern post-production techniques to deliver high-end, cinematic results. Standard retouching includes professional color correction and temporary skin blemish removal.

  • Custom Edits: Extensive retouching, advanced body/clothing modifications, or additional edits outside our standard styling guidelines are available for an additional per-image fee.

4. Hair & Makeup (HMU)

  • Independent Artistry: Turi Productions provides recommendations for professional, independent hair and makeup artists; however, all bookings, agreements, and payments are strictly between the client and the chosen artist. Turi Productions is not liable for the conduct, scheduling, quality, or outcomes of independent artists.

  • In-Studio Prep Time: If your session requires in-studio hair and makeup preparation, this time must be requested and approved prior to booking. Studio time for preparation is billed as a separate line item at current venue rental rates and is subject to studio availability and room booking minimums.

  • Schedule Enforcement: Your studio access begins strictly at the approved booking time. If hair and makeup preparation exceeds the allocated time, the excess duration will be deducted directly from your active shooting time to protect the integrity of subsequent studio sessions.

5. Delivery & Archiving

  • Digital Proofs: Digital proofs are delivered via a private, online gallery within 5 business days of your shoot.

  • Final Edits: Final retouched images are delivered within 10 business days of the client submitting their final selections.

  • Selection Window: Clients must submit their final image selections within 30 days of proof delivery. After 30 days, a $75 gallery reactivation and archiving fee applies to retrieve the files.

  • Storage Policy: Turi Productions guarantees file storage for one year from the session date. File retrieval after 12 months is not guaranteed.

6. Usage Rights & Brand Promotion

  • Usage License: Clients receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license for personal and professional promotional use, including LinkedIn, company directories, portfolios, casting submissions, and personal branding.

  • Restrictions: Images may not be resold, structurally altered, filtered, or used in paid third-party advertising campaigns without explicit written permission.

  • Studio Promotion: Turi Productions reserves the right to use select final images for portfolio, website, social media, and studio promotional purposes. If you require a fully private production with no public sharing, written notice must be provided and agreed upon prior to the shoot.

7. Production & Staffing

  • Studio Framework: Turi Productions operates as a premier collaborative studio. Sessions are executed by Sean Turi or a highly trained Turi Productions Associate Photographer, determined strictly by the booking tier, session type, and calendar availability selected during checkout. All post-production, color-grading, and final retouching are completed in-house by Turi Productions to ensure absolute brand consistency across all galleries.

8. Liability

  • Limitation of Liability: In the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances including equipment failure, sudden photographer illness, or venue operational issues, studio liability is strictly limited to a full refund of fees paid by the client.

  • Consequential Damages: Turi Productions shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost opportunities or missed employment deadlines).

9. Term, Policy Adjustments & Digital Sign-Off

By finalizing your booking payment, you explicitly acknowledge, understand, and agree to all terms outlined in this Studio Agreement. This digital acceptance establishes a binding contract and serves as the foundational operational framework for this production and all future sessions booked by the Client with Turi Productions LLC.

Turi Productions LLC retains the absolute right to modify its standard operational policies, service structures, and pricing schedules at any time. Any subsequent or future sessions will be strictly governed by the specific terms, rates, and facility policies actively published on our booking platform and digitally executed at the exact time that specific session's reservation deposit is paid.
