Absolutely. Our Mobile Setup & Production Fee ($500) covers all travel within Manhattan, equipment transport, and the time required to transform your office into a professional studio. For locations outside of Manhattan, a modest mileage or travel day fee may apply.

Credits roll over for 3 months. If you have a slow hiring month in February, you can use those credits for your intern class in April.

Yes, absolutely. We designed our Member Days (Tues/Thurs bi-weekly) to batch our studio bookings, which is how we keep your per-person rate significantly lower than the market standard.
If you need to send a single team member on a different day, we simply apply a $150 Private Session Upgrade. This covers the dedicated studio opening costs for that specific time slot.
Pro Tip: If you book 3 or more team members at once, we waive this fee entirely, and you can choose any day of the week.
