1. Every session includes a fully guided, professional shoot experience from start to finish. You’ll receive posing and expression direction throughout, wardrobe support, and a curated proof gallery to choose from.

2. Your session also includes professionally retouched, high-resolution final images delivered ready for LinkedIn, casting, company websites, and marketing use.

3. Additional retouched images and full-session file upgrades are always available if you’d like more options.

Most clients are not models, and you don’t need to know what to do in front of the camera.

Every session is fully directed with clear coaching on posture, expression, angles, and confidence so you look natural, polished, and professional.

We recommend simple, solid, camera-friendly outfits that feel like you at your best.

In general:

• Avoid logos or busy patterns

• Choose flattering, well-fitted layers

• Bring 2–3 options if you’d like variety

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice at no additional cost.
Reschedule requests made within 48 hours may result in the deposit being forfeited.

All deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve dedicated studio time and availability.

If you need something sooner, we also offer sessions with a trained associate photographer under Sean’s direction, using the same lighting, process, and studio standards.

Most sessions take place in our Midtown Manhattan studio, designed specifically for professional headshots and branding work.

On-location sessions are also available for corporate teams and larger groups.

Final retouched images are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after you’ve made your selections from the proof gallery.

Rush delivery is also available if you need images sooner.

We recommend arriving camera-ready or booking a stylist in advance.
