Studio Agreement

1. Booking & Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your session.

The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your session date. No photography will take place until payment is complete.

2. Cancellation & Reschedule

More than 48 hours’ notice: Your retainer is non-refundable, but it may be applied toward a rescheduled session within 90 days, subject to availability.

Less than 48 hours’ notice: All payments made (retainer and balance) are non-refundable and will be forfeited.

Lateness: If you arrive late, your session time will be reduced accordingly. No refunds or credits are given for missed time.

3. Delivery & Archiving
Proofs will be delivered within 5 business days. Final retouched images are delivered within 10 business days of your selections. Files are stored for one year; retrieval after that is not guaranteed.

4. Hair & Makeup (HMU)

Turi Productions can recommend professional hair and makeup artists for your session; however, all arrangements and payments are made directly between the client and the artist.

Clients may also bring their own artist, provided the artist is approved by Turi Productions in advance.

We allocate up to one hour for hair and makeup preparation. Studio time for HMU is billed at $120 per hour.
If scheduling allows, we’re happy to overlap your HMU with another session to eliminate or reduce this studio fee — we’ll always do our best to avoid extra charges when possible.

If additional time is required, please notify us in advance so we can adjust scheduling accordingly. Any time exceeding the allotted HMU period without notice will be deducted from the session duration.4.

5. Retouching
Each package includes a set number of retouched images. Additional edits may be purchased separately.

6. Usage Rights
You are free to use your final images for personal, portfolio, and professional use. We may share select images in our portfolio, website, or social media - but if you prefer we don’t, simply let us know in writing.

7. Liability
If unforeseen circumstances prevent us from photographing your session, our liability is limited to returning all fees paid. Specific outcomes are not guaranteed, though we’ll always work with you to achieve the best results.
